WHAT WE DO

Everything a metal part needs, from idea to installation, starting from a single unit. Order just the cutting or the whole process.

Laser cutting

Sheet up to 25 mm on a 6 kW fibre laser. With nitrogen, stainless and aluminium come out oxide-free and burr-free, ready to assemble.

No drawing? Send us a sketch, a photo with measurements or a sample part and we'll prepare the cutting file for you.

Bending

We turn cut sheet into 3D parts: boxes, brackets, angles and structures, without a trip to another workshop.

Machining & tapping

Drilling, tapping, countersinking and precision fits on the cut part, so it arrives ready to bolt on.

Welding

We join parts and sub-assemblies in steel, stainless and aluminium, to the finish the marine sector expects.

Assembly

We deliver assembled units instead of loose parts. You receive a component, not a kit.

WHO WE ARE

A LASER CUTTING WORKSHOP IN PALMA DE MALLORCA

Laser Cut Mallorca exists so that nobody has to leave the island to get a metal part made properly. We work out of the Can Valero industrial estate in Palma, with material in stock, in-house production and a direct relationship.

Our team comes from manufacturing for the superyacht sector, where tolerances and finishes are not up for negotiation. We apply the same standard to a bracket for a workshop, an urgent replacement part for a yacht or a run of five hundred pieces.
