    We check geometry, material and thicknesses. Boost software optimises sheet usage to reduce waste and cost.

  3. Production on the TruLaser

    Cutting with extreme precision. O₂ for speed on steel, N₂ for a clean, oxidation-free cut on stainless and aluminium.

  4. Delivered ready to use

    Inspected, finished parts. If you need it, we bend, machine, weld and finish them, and deliver them to you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Isn't laser cutting expensive?

Less than you might think. You pay per millimetre of cut, the software makes the most of every sheet, and you save the hours spent measuring, cutting and grinding by hand. The calculator on this page gives you an indicative price in seconds.

Is it only for big companies?

No. We work for small workshops, yacht crews and private customers as well as for industry. The process and the precision are the same for one part as for five hundred.

I don't know how to prepare CAD files. Can I still order?

Yes. Send us a sketch, a photo with measurements or a sample part and we'll prepare the cutting file for you.

My job is very small. Will you take it?

Yes. There is no minimum order: we cut from a single piece.

When will it be ready?

We give you the lead time with your quote, within 24 hours at most, and we keep it. For urgent jobs we keep part of the machine time free every day.

What material will you use?

Whatever your application calls for, and we state it in the quote with its grade and thickness. We keep the most common grades in stock; if your project needs another, we look into it.

Can you deliver it?

Yes. We deliver to your workshop, site or yacht in Mallorca and install the parts if needed.
